Registrants agree to pay the full fee by bank transfer upon registration. 

Cancellation Policy

Evening Waves

• The fee is not refundable. However you may gift your place to a friend so long as you email us with the replacement person’s name, email and telephone prior to the evening so that we can adjust our information. (They CAN NOT simply ‘turn up on the door.’)

Weekends/Workshops

• you may gift your place to a friend so long as you email us with the replacement person’s name, email and telephone two days prior to the event at the latest so that we can add them into our listings. (They CAN NOT simply ‘turn up on the door.’)
• You may request by email  up to one week prior to the event to cancel your place on the understanding that the first £50 of the fee is a non-refundable deposit;
• Cancellation requests within one week of the event are discretionary and are not normally eligible for a refund. Depending on circumstances we may be able to fill your space from a waitinglist, in which case we may offer a partial credit for future WDC events.

Covid Awareness

CV-19 is still with us. We will be maintaining ventilation norms, and complying with mandates currently in place. If you suspect you have cv19 please test and if positive stay away.
