November Wave: Rachel Kurtz, with Resonances

Connect your head, heart and body, in joyous company. Newcomers especially welcome. This will be a special evening featuring the Resonances band, which will also set you up for the following day's dance.

Dancing was my drug and eventually it led me to 5 Rhythms. In the comparative safety of this new context, my spirituality exploded. Every time I danced, something deep and profound would happen. Welcome here to two connected dance sessions with this wonderful band, in our dramatic craggy valley location -  delights not to be missed!  Rachel

Resonances Band: Keith Mills, Cath Reding, Joss Clapp, Mark Barfoot. All keen 5 Rhythms dancers and renowned multi-instrumentalist recorded/stage musicians.

 Staying overnight: Are you also dancing on Saturday? You can stay overnight in the hall, camp in the grounds or in your van for £10. This also gives you access to the kitchen, showers and toilets. Make sure you tick the 'staying overnight' option when you register. 

 (If the evening has become fully registered, do sign up to the Waiting List. Sometimes a registrant will inform us in advance that they can't attend, and we are able to re-allocate the space.)
