The five rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness combine in a harmonic vibrant sequence of the danced Wave.
Come and connect your head, heart and body, in joyous company. Newcomers are especially welcome.

Staying overnight is an option when we have weekend dances. You can stay overnight in the hall, camp in the grounds or in your van for £15 per night. This also gives you access to the kitchen, showers and toilets. Make sure you tick the 'staying overnight' option when you register.

Liz Collier
Liz Collier is an artist/dj and has been dancing 5rhythms since 1996. She brings warmth and humour to the practice and has facilitated movement groups and community art projects for almost 30 years.
She graduated to teach 5rhythms in 2018.
