WaveDance Cumbria
5Rhythms® through the year
July Wave ~ with Andrew Holmes
"Energy moves in Waves. Waves move in patterns. Patterns move in rhythms. A human being is just that - energy, waves, patterns, rhythms. Nothing more. Nothing less. A dance." Gabrielle Roth
The five rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness combine in a harmonic vibrant sequence of the danced Wave. Come and connect your head, heart and body, in joyous company. Newcomers are especially welcome.
(If the evening has become fully registered, do sign up to the Waiting List. Sometimes a registrant will inform us in advance that they can't attend, and we are able to re-allocate the space.)
