The five rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness combine in a harmonic vibrant sequence of the danced Wave.

Liz Collier
Liz Collier is an artist/dj and has been dancing 5rhythms since 1996. She brings warmth and humour to the practice and has facilitated movement groups and community art projects for almost 30 years.
She graduated to teach 5rhythms in 2018.
