 On Sunday, the next day, Mark will be exploring up the nearby fells with a free group, walking with the sensibilities of the previous days' dancing. You are free to join in or not: "the walk will be an opportunity to put into practice for the first time some of the embodied learnings from Saturday. We will certainly feel the Cumbrian Ground under our feet, and hopefully vistas of Sky will emerge to frame the mountain if the Lake District gods are generous with us! There will be options for a moderate walk to Scales Tarn, and for those with a head for heights there will be an option to go further and traverse Sharp Edge if weather permits. We’ll be finished by mid-afternoon for those who want to travel on before the end of the weekend."

Mark has been teaching weekly classes in the North West of England since 2017. In addition to being a 5RTA registered Waves level teacher, he is a qualified yoga teacher trained at Shri Kali Ashram in India. Outside of embodied practices, Mark manages a large team of IT consultants and runs trail marathons in his spare time, as well as being Dad in his busy family life. Embodied practices, and particularly 5Rhythms practice have supported Mark in manifesting many of his dreams into reality.
