This is a weekend to let go of doing our dance, and allow something more to move through us ~ the music, the moment, Spirit itself.

When we do that, we are connected, and released, and truly inspired.

Andrew has been teaching the 5 Rhythms for more than twenty years. He studied extensively with Gabrielle Roth, and runs workshops in many countries. He lives in Stroud with his partner Sharon. [ see Teachers who dance with us.]
