Saturday Live: Resonance - Rachel Kurtz
The resonance between music and movement. Celebrate the fullness of autumn in the wonderful mid-Lakes, with our live music 5 Rhythms dance day: a joyous day of abundance and celebrating the pulsing of life.
Resonances Band: Keith Mills, Cath Reding, Joss Clapp, Mark Barfoot. All keen 5 Rhythms dancers and renowned multi-instrumentalist recorded/stage musicians.
This will be a treat for dancers far and wide. There is a bus 555 for dancers coming from Lancashire which stops outside the door; the train journey from London and West Scotland is very reasonable. We highly recommend dancing on Friday evening and Saturday - the experiences will be connected. If you are joining the Saturday workshop and want to join the Friday wave, you MUST also register for it separately HERE. If you are dancing Friday+Saturday workshop, please use the coupon code Resonance23 when registering for the Saturday- it will give you a £5 discount.
(If the evening has become fully registered, do sign up to the Waiting List. Sometimes a registrant will inform us in advance that they can't attend, and we are able to re-allocate the space.)

Staying overnight is an option when we have weekend dances. You can stay overnight in the hall, camp in the grounds or in your van for £10 per night. This also gives you access to the kitchen, showers and toilets. Make sure you tick the 'staying overnight' option when you register.
